Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Continuum Bio, LLC (“Continuum Bio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or become a client, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

We only collect information that is necessary to run our marketing practice and to communicate with you. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Contact details— your name, email address, and phone number when you reach out through our contact form or by email.
  • Payment information— when you engage our services, billing details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not see or store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Project intake responses— company, role, market context, goals, and any materials you choose to share so we can scope and price the engagement.
  • Account and communication history— notes from our calls, emails between us, and any feedback or reviews you send during an engagement.
  • Website analytics— basic, aggregated information about how visitors use our site (pages viewed, referring source, approximate region). See the cookies section below.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the marketing services you’ve engaged us for.
  • Build and refine the strategy and assets for your engagement.
  • Send you meeting invitations, working documents, and progress updates.
  • Respond to support questions and billing inquiries.
  • Improve how our engagements are structured based on outcomes.
  • Meet our tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping obligations.

We do not use your information to train advertising models, to retarget you across the web, or to build marketing profiles.

3. Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). When you pay for an engagement, your card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a transaction record (amount, date, last four digits of the card, and Stripe’s customer reference) which we use for accounting, refunds, and support.

Stripe’s own privacy policy governs the handling of your card data. You can review it at stripe.com/privacy.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses a small number of standard cookies and anonymous analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. These do not identify you personally. We do not use third-party advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or fingerprinting techniques.

You can block cookies through your browser settings without affecting your ability to contact us, book a call, or use any client-facing part of our service.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with a small set of trusted service providers who help us run the practice, and only the minimum needed for them to do their job. These include:

  • Stripe, for payment processing (see section 3 above).
  • Our email and scheduling providers, who transmit the messages and calendar invitations we send you.
  • Our accountants and, if ever required, our attorneys — bound by professional confidentiality.

We will also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of a person where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary.

6. Data retention

We retain client records for as long as you are an active client. After the engagement ends, we keep billing and project records for an additional seven (7) years to satisfy tax and recordkeeping obligations. Prospect inquiries that do not become clients are purged within eighteen (18) months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct information that is incomplete or inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to the retention requirements described above.
  • Withdraw consent to receive non-essential communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@continuumbioservices.com. We respond to every verified request within thirty (30) days.

8. Children

Our services are designed for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our site, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information you share with us, including encrypted connections for all website traffic, limited-access file storage for client records, and least-privilege access for our team. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we continuously review our practices against current standards.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. When we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for active clients, send an email notification at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect.
